EXCHANGE & RETURNS
Please note that our free returns policy only applies to the UK. In order to process a return or refund, the item must be sent back to us in the state in which it arrived. Items will not be refunded where labels are missing or where the product bag has been damaged beyond repair / re-use. Therefore, please take care when opening your goods in case you do need to return them to us for whatever reason. Goods can be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
Complete the returns form and include in your parcel
For UK customers only, attach the pre-paid Royal Mail postage label to the parcel and take it to your nearest post office for return delivery
We will notify you once your return has been received and your return or exchange will be processed within 10 working days
